3. Tickets are limited to 5,000 per Fix (2,500 pairs) and are subject to availability and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. Electronic tickets will be sent to the email address provided, from the Arena Leisure Racing Limited ticket office 2-3 days prior to the Fixture. Children under 18 are free and do not need a ticket in advance – they will be issued on the day.

4. To enter the Promotion you will need to be over 18 years of age (i) select the Fixture of your choice; (ii) fill in your full name and email address, (iii) if successful, you will be sent an email with ticket information. If you are unsuccessful you will be notified that you have failed. Emails can be sorted into inactive email inboxes. Please check your inactive email box, if successful, and move your email to your inbox immediately to avoid deletion of your email from your inbox/spam after 30 days.

5. Anyone who has already purchased tickets for one of the mentioned Events will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of previously purchased tickets. All entrants are limited to one pair of tickets per customer in total for one Fixture only. If you have successfully applied for a Fixture and been awarded tickets, you will not be eligible to be selected for subsequent Fixtures. A valid email address is required to enter the Promotion and redeem tickets.

6. Recipients of free tickets must present proof of identification at the entrance to the Fixture area, as well as electronic tickets issued under the same name.

7. There is an option to subscribe to the newsletter, this is not mandatory and where you do not subscribe, your information will only be used for advertising and racecourse event participation and will not be used for marketing purposes.

8. The offer is as stated and does not include travel, expenses or parking (unless otherwise stated) and you must make your own travel arrangements. There is no additional cost to this offer, tickets are not resold.

9. Only those named on the electronic ticket, with the same proof of identity will be allowed to enter the Racecourse and the Racecourse team reserves all rights to refuse entry.

10. Once redeemed, e-tickets cannot be exchanged for other events or dates. All e-tickets must be used on the date and time and for the event as specified on the e-ticket.

11. Horseback riding depends on the weather. So please check the relevant racecourse’s website or social media channels for updates before you travel.

12. If a game is cancelled, rescheduled or abandoned, tickets will not be valid for another day, free ticket holders are not eligible for a refund.
